Polunt Pflarferton the Spunky Swamp-Chicken, Commander of Battle

Description

Although thick-shouldered and incredibly strong, there is something a little
bit off about this avian man. He has white feathers, like a lot of his kind,
but under his neck, the plume is much more exaggerated and very fluffy, almos
as if he has the most ridiculous neckbeard. With his beak somewhat drawn in
on one side, it causes his cheeks and face squish in, making him appear
dimwitted. Completing the country look that he has are the straw and bark
adornments sewn into his feathers at random about his body. His beady black
eyes sit back behind his scrunched up, little black beak, as he chews on a
long piece of grass. Outstretched wings at least six feet from tip to tip
compliment his broad shoulders, though his physique gets much thinner a less
defined the further the closer it gets to the tips of his ebon claws. With a
almost constant baffled expression and a smirk, he can be described in one
word as simple.

Unmistakable is a large portion of his right wing that is featherless and
adorned with a large tattoo of a broken looking glass.
