You're forgetting about the all-important fun stick.

CF strives to be as realistic as possible, yet still be a fun game to play.

It is just a game, after all. The stuff you mentioned doesn't really hurt the atmosphere (assuming the person is still RPing), and doesn't cause other player's to stop having fun. So what's the reason to change it?
