If you want to recommend things to Immortals, the "Ask an Immortal" forum is designed for this. Email to "imms@carrionfields.com" also works.
My comments on this is that Cador and some others tossed around the idea of a "bad-ass" stat many years ago. The idea was that in medievil times (or the Wild West, and even today) people get notoriety for their exploits, good and bad. If you had a great PK ratio or killed the lich player (I think this idea was before both of these, but you get the idea) or routinely killed big name mobs like the grolm, Imbessar, the HIgh Lord, Pwent, etc. you'd be known for being a "bad-ass". Not every Hero is the same and, as such, you'd get treated differently by mobs. (Presumbably player characters already treated you differently.)
The idea never really went anywhere because PKs are their own reward and there's no need to encourage them more. The other parts of it would be a lot of work to keep track of for benefits we weren't really sure of.
As part of better mob AI this might be a component, but I don't see it as its own project.
"Bravery" might be easier to keep track of than bad-assness, but you/we'd have to think of ways to generate "bravery points" that weren't exploitable.
