and it has appeared but without any response, how long should we wait before pointing that out and asking again?

If I didn't answer, I probably won't. You can take that as I'm not interested in pursuing a change based on your question.

My focus for Santa Zulg is to guarantee a response to the proposal, not get into a debate on every single topic.

There wasn't a response to what I thought was a proposal.

Maybe the problem was that I posted it on an existing thread, since it related to the same skill as an existing thread.

I'll repost and if you don't respond then, I'll know it's intentional not to respond.
