I already asked about exotics and got rejected. If I may, can I ask for something small?

I wasn't asking to see the counter, just the timer until you can use the skill again. Same lump of coal?

i.e.

>> Observe player_x
You begin to observe player_x

>> affects
You are affected by:
bark skin for 15 hours

>> Observe player_y

my guess is that he/she has trouble keeping track of 2 ticks in her head. I know dirt kick is only 1 tick but I still sure as hell like to see it in my affects regardless.
