Is it possible to add cryptcall edge, that works similar to horror edge?

Edge would shorten duration (for 30-50%) on all timers (between successful uses, failed uses and after PK), and improves effectiveness of the call.

Second edge, Battle Caller - could allow you to use Cryptcall in a fight.

Horrific edge could allow to use horror during the fight.
