#532, "Ruseig's Echos"


          

Dark clouds form over the ruins of Ostaliagiah and the nearby village.

Marching towards the village, a group of warriors bear the body of a fallen comrade on their shields.

With reverence, they place his body on a pyre built in the Blood Square.

From the heavens a mighty bolt of lightning is hurled to the ground, setting the pyre aflame.

The air rumbles with the sound of thunder which sounds suspiciously like it's cursing someone's feathered arse.

A surly dwarf rips open the clouds and allows a beam of sunlight to hit the pyre, and the soul of Ruseig ascends to the Azure Fields to its final rest.

"Just keep yer mitts of me barrel o' ale ya bastid."
