#349, "Hey Santa, help cave rangers see hidden in caves?"
|
Cavenrdwelling rangers can't see some hidden stuff in caves, which makes little sense. If not them, then who?
Specifically, I am talking about guys like Sweeney the mad on the battlefield, or duergar guards at the entrance to Aran'Gird. Not sure about hidden PC orcs, neevr had a chance to check.
Could you please change that for caverndwelling rangers?
Maybe, on a broader scale, make it so that ranger can always see hidden in his / her home terrain?
Thanks! 'Contrarywise,' continued Tweedledee, 'if it was so, it might be; and if it were so, it would be: but as it isn't, it ain't. That's logic.'

You can see them via scan, but not when you're in the same room with them. I looked into it a couple months ago, and it's a nasty mess that I haven't had time to sit down and unravel. So long, and thanks for all the fish!

For example, a wood elf with acute vision, but not detect invis, can see invisible on scan but not in the same room.

First I've ever heard of it. The only thing I knowingly fixed is caverndwellers where they could scan and see something, but walk into the room and not see it. So long, and thanks for all the fish!
