Make it possible to refuse bless from healers or anyone else?

Some classess might want to use their warcry instead, and being stuck with a 50 tick bless can be annoying. ^^

Doable?

Always shoot first and then call whatever you hit the target.

I made it so if you try to warcry while you are affected by bless, that it will strip bless and allow you to warcry.
