I thought I would share some Nazgauga Information from way back. Consider it my tribute to the Orcs of July. Please feel free to post your thoughts and responses.

Your description is:
Blackish skin covers the frame of this diminutive figure. Yellow eyes buldge
from his skull and peer at you from beneath a thick cowl that wraps around
his oddly shaped head. His fingers are black and soiled with dirt and his
skin appears to be stretched out across his bones. He looks as if he has yet
to see a meal in a few days. Though his skin is taunt against his body his
muscles are tightly corded and he appears in fine health. Not a burly orc
there is something about those eyes that make you wonder of his cunning.

----- Nazgauga has found himself lacking many things. Most of these -----
----- is power. He seeths for wealth. Even moreso he craves power.-----
----- If power is in the form of bloodthirst and killing one's foes -----
----- quickly, he will have it. If it comes in a package of service-----
----- beneath the greatest archmages of thera, he will do it. He -----
----- most often feins (or perhaps not) cowardice to gain the favor -----
----- of others. Those who recognize this often see him as less of -----
----- a threat. That becomes their first mistake. He is more of a -----
----- cunning and cruel orc by using this tactic upon the unwary. -----
----- known among other tribes as 'Orch Grinning Skull," Nazgauga -----
----- has come to despise many, if not everything. He feins his own-----
----- subserviant attitude to garner a position where he can quickly-----
----- eliminate those who would cause him harm. -----

----- 'Naz' as he is often referred to, is intrinsically evil. This-----
----- tendency is irreversible in him. He will lie and steal what -----
----- he wants and not think of the consequences until later. He -----
----- has been described as cruel, pitiless, ambitions and outright -----
----- evil. His chaotic tendencies garnered with ambitious greed -----
----- keeps him straying towards unpredictable actions, while similar----
