Instead of the forage skill giving berries, have it give something dependent on the type of room it is in.


(You aren't gonna find too many berries on the ocean)

Water:
Algae, shrimps and other small crustaceans, fish.

Desert:
Dates, small reptiles, cactus fruits, cacti.

Forest/jungle/swamp/plains:
Berries(blueberries and lingonberries in forest, cloudberries and crowberries in swamps), mushrooms(mainly in swamps and moist forests), edible grasses and leaves(such as common wood sorrel(forest, common wood sorrel is eaten in small quantities due to it's mildly toxic but c-vitamin rich nature)), tree seeds, fruits, edible roots, local game, grass seeds(mostly in plains).

Cave:
Fungus, small reptiles and other cave fauna.

Mountains:
Berries, edible grasses, edible roots(such as potato)

Civilized:
Whatever the druid can find from the nearby trashcans.
