I've been using this skill for a LONG time since I attained it and have never seen it go up even a notch. However, with faceslash, it's in the 90s. Can you please check the codes/design? Perhaps it's the RNG thingy. Or maybe it's really a hard skill to be good at. I'm not a fire-giant btw.

It can definitely go up. I've seen an A-P with 100 lashes recently.
