Is it impossible to play a Tribunal who believes that laws should be decreed, interpreted, and carried out by mortals?

Judging from Tolchec's pbf, it would lead me to believe that it would not be possible to play that role and be successful in Trib.

It is deffinately possible to play a Tribunal as you wish. I know many other Tribunals would disagree with me, but I think it would be the best way to play actually. As far as being successful, You would have to ask others if I am successful or not.
