#74850, "Adventuring Skills and Orcs"

From the bug board, I see Orcs don't get skill improves like other classes in inspect goods. Does this apply to all skills earned through adventuring? i.e. Attune, prosperous reputation, legendary awareness, etc.

I often throw a practice or two into such skills and rely on gaining more experience to improve/max them rather than by skill usage.

I think I recall other skills like the "improved skills" consider/compare going up through experience. Which is why I was curious if it was a bug or not.

I rather like some of these skills but some are near useless if they're a low %, such as inspect goods. I understand the general idea, Orc is tall, dumb, etc, but player Orcs are adventurers and are far and above a typical orc. Can we either allow exp to improve these skills because they're exception orcs or simply prevent them from being presented? Inspect goods takes 50 mana a pop and Orcs don't even get meditation, so it's nearly impossible to get to a useful level.
