Seems shield of retributive rage does not stop throw, like protective shield does. Is this intended for the supplication?

It did not damage the opponent, only i suffered the damage from throw.

Not sure then! Hopefully you get some answers, might be something that charges up the more people lag you, I haven't ever had a shaman with that supp.
