Are there any racial restrictions for Red Hunters? Your helpfile states they trace the roots back to nomads so I am thinking human.. but not sure if other races can fall into that role bucket.

There's an elaborate backstory re: Red Hunters that I'd be happy to share IC, but no there isn't a racial restriction (there is an align restriction of course).
