Do all paths have a "mastery" message or get mastery once you achieve the requirement for that path like perfecting all spells or perfecting specific spells in that path?

I recently just perfected all of one path and didn't see the message that I have seen in another path and was just curious if this was a, not all paths get mastery thing, or some paths don't reveal a message if you meet the supposed criteria, or lastly, don't have mastery at all in that path.
