As Bolg has some decent stuff for orcs, how about making it so he doesn't just vanish when there is a pc chieftan? Perhaps move him and change the title a bit (Deposed Ex-Chief of Grinning Skulls) instead of just having him vanish from the village only to reappear when a pc chief dies/deletes.

Also... there are rp opportunities here that wouldn't neccessarily be present. For instance using Bolg to depose a praticularly pathetic PC chief.
