If this is from an area explore, don't answer, but I'd always assumed the glass eye bracelet was from dra'melkhur as it seemed to first appear when that area went in. Yet I've never seen its illusion. Admittedly there's a door in the area I've never figured out how to get through (with the ghost) but equally I've never known anyone else know how to get through it.

Or is the bracelet from somewhere totally different? If not an area explore, mind saying where? Also the stats, if any?

It is indeed from Dra'Melkhur and it's (Illusionary) on the mob right now.
