Hi all,

I would like to put out there that could you please remove the dex requirements on Counterpunch. The helpfile mentions nothing of it and there is no real useful other edges for a giant hand to hand spec. Why not just make all spec edges available to all races/classes?

My understanding now is Counterpunch is not available. Versatile Pummeler is also not available to giants, and the extra damage on stun is like lower case damage at best. I have seen logs of it doing a "hit".

Please reconsider this as giants have suffered enough.

Though when I asked the same thing years ago Nep did not want to remove the dex requirement because of "realism" angle (you need to be dexterous for such a move). But I don't think it would break anything nor be "unrealistic" especially given the lack of edge options for hth giants.

Versatile pummeler I'm quite sure was/is available at least to storm giants.

Gameplay aside, and H2H and mace being the only two specs I need to
play still...I currently kinda lean towards counterpunch being fine.

I checked Versatile Pummeler. Unless there's some mysterious reason
I'm not seeing, anyone can take versatile pummeler.

Giants can definitely take Versatile Pummeler and I have had it on a cloud and fire giant. I cannot remember the requirements for it tho obviously some skill and level %.
