Does intelligence determine how likely assassinate is to improve? I've had many over the years and I haven't noticed any difference between how fast my felar and drows have increased assassinate.

Was this just rng at play or does intelligence not factor?

Any idea why though? it'd make sense that someone with vastly superior int would understand what they did correctly.

It would also give drows a bump since there's 0 reason to play one over other options outside of RP.
