So, recently I was looking for one of the veil edges at my guildmaster and noticed I couldn't choose it. I assume not enough edge points. But, I could pick unpredictable. Is the cost of edges dynamically dependent on how many people have that edge or set of edges? Could it have gotten more expensive because there are so many ragers around who may have chosen veil tender? Or, was it always more expensive than unpredictable?

It's actually a very inexpensive edge, but requires you to actually rend or tend the veil. When you do, it's also a point system and depends on how many points you put into it determines when it becomes available.
