He obviously thinks the tat is too powerful. I don't know that tat or it's power, so I have no opinion. Are you suggesting a tat cannot be too powerful or that if it is, no one should say so?

He's just bitter about how a certain player has acquired tattoo, as he does not consider him to be tat-worthy.
