1) Can you only get a Halloween form in your major focus?
2) Is the Halloween form added to the list of eligible forms and treated the same as far as probability to get it? How about if you roll the bones/spin the wheel?

From my understanding, and people who actually know can totally chime in:

1) You can get it just like you would any tier form of that respective tier in that respective focus.

2) Yes. It's just an extra form on the form list.

I'm having doubts about whether the code is actually live yet... have yet to see a single shifter pull a halloween form, and I've rolled through two myself already... know that have been quite a few hero'd already this month. With 11 days left, will ANYONE get one? lol

Has anyone checked to see if the code is working as intended yet?

Each Halloween form has been rolled at least once by an active (alive) shapeshifter.

That's awesome. Now can you narrow it down to show shifters rolled between 12pm and 1pm today? I think that would be interesting.
