Help file for half-elf says I should not be able to wear iron but I can and also that as prime stat dex I should get 2 fed and 1 str but instead I get 3 dex. Am I wrong or the help file?

that were from a specific quest, but when I tried to wear other iron pieces I couldn't. I didn't test too much with this with many iron items but I thought I bug reported it but not sure it went through or not as my bug report post never seem to go through.

E.g. h-elf warriors and rangers.
The reasoning is that a h-elf warrior shouldn't possibly be more dexterous than both human warrior and elf warrior. But since elves can't be assassins, half-elf assassins get a full +3 dex instead.
