How do you know he isn't coming back to help scale back or mitigate some of those changes? The staff seems to be listening, and several comments suggest that there will be some revision to the current system.

Not saying this will be the case, but starting out with a negative expectation doesn't make for a positive environment. Maybe that's your aim, but I'm going to reserve judgement until more information is made available.
