Make the anti-gang code's effectiveness inversely proportional to your AP charge amount.

After change, if you are 10-1 or 50-1, you are much less likely to be saved by anti-gang code than under current code.

Anti-gank definitely needs some finetuning nowadays with lower numbers. Group fights are more fun and should be encouraged more.
