Does it seem stange that anti-paladins start with 40% in sword and assassins with 40% in dagger (not to mention their respective practice weapons) given that anti-paladins tend to favor axes and assassins swords?

Just something I wonder about every time I see a newbie assassin running around wielding a dagger.
