#644, "Whirlwind of steel"


          

I have been reading the help files on Whirlwind of Steel, and reading over what it says on Dioxide's as well. I also remember hearing some things about it, in past posts I cannot find, all with conflicting 'theories.' I was wondering if anyone who had chosen it could shed some light.
