I think both legacies are fairly rare picks and both have major functionality tied to mobility that could justify combining them. Alternatively maybe just add to vanguard the ability to drive multiple people.

But outcry seems like a great legacy to me already. I'd pick it if I was playing another warrior, and I recommended it to someone only yesterday.

Vanguard could maybe be combined with something like renewal of spring?

The mv regen is kind of moot with explore mv boost and seasoned traveler. Get out of quicksand is clutch, some kind of bonus vs trip generally is negated by fly. Nested dashes are cool but you need a mud client to make aliases to really take advantage of it.

I would love to see it just give you a flat out mv speed boost like goblins on spiders.
