Many who I fought recently (Empire) were saved (recalled) by shamans.

My question is:
Why the most offensive-oriented priest is able to recall others?
While more support oriented paladins cant.

This does not make sense to me.
Could you change so shamans could no longer do so?
Or at least explain the reasoning why they should be allowed to do.
