Why is there a trust component to these spells? I believe they should be like any heal commune which does not have trust issues.

Repairing flesh or bones on some random person should not cause them to fight you IMHO.

Dunno, but my assumption would be it's because those spells can "cure" (read: dispel) favorable spells.

I think sometimes they can lag?

I'm sure sometimes they maladict (charisma, for example, on repair flesh?).
