- Does Lucky affect getting the special echo on Charge?
- Does Lucky affect Charge of the Morosa?
- Can you knock off helmets with CotM?
- Does Stunning Charge edge work on CotM?
- Is Soulrage pretty significant? Seems like no one has ever taken it.

No.

Don't believe so.

I'd say so.

It buffs up the effective level of offensive wands that are below a certain level threshold.

Sure on this? I thought back in the day that luck was said to affect cleave and charge. Is that special echo for +damage just random then?

Can it be added by Santa Umiron? Seems to make sense and you can only do a little amount of lag even with morosa 1.

Should do.

Think it can affect the 2nd attack element as that can get the echo?

Not sure. Knocking off helmets is pretty rare in my experience.

Not sure. Would make pole arm more viable if it did.

Its a short duration effect so with today's low player count would never give much benefit. Especially as once you reach the point where you can kill lots of people quickly, your pk range with be empty of chars you can see.

Boosts effective level of the spell in the wand you are excising.
