Hi. I'd like to request the mariner ranger path be able to entangle not only on and in the water but also on land.

Basically, to make the entangle spell normal like for other rangers but to also add the water terrain to it.

Depending on how nets work it could make them a bit too good.

I found harpoon was great on land. It stacks btw.

I'm not going to say mariners are overpowered or overplayed, but I think there's a good mechanics argument for why mariners don't need that particular skill.
