Does the damage done by items like prayer beads (or anything that does a sup or spell) vary based on your stats or existing skills? Ie. would someone with 17 int and 25 int have the same strength of dispel evil from an item like that? If it's doing a spell would it help to have the spellcraft skill?

I've tried over the years to figure this out in game but RNG makes it difficult.

There's no single answer to this. It all boils down to the individual prog. In most cases the level of the wearer is significant though.

My impression was that it was mostly the wearer's level. So you don't have level 11 guys running around with items that prog for **DEMO**.
