So I figure to promote jolly cooperation and interaction, that if two parties use the "look" command at each other, they both get some edge points. This is to prevent abuse and triggers to use the look command at everyone as your lvl 3. Or perhaps just put a level requirement on it.

Same thing for "sayto," since it promotes interaction.
