Why does hypnotize cost 7 points? Last time I played a mystic thief and took hypnotize, the duration of its effects was only around 2.5 ticks (measured in rounds rather than hours) and was tough to land in pk. Knife is only 1 point more, and is a whole lot more powerful. Hypnotize just doesn't seem potent enough to make it worth 7 points, so I'm really curious as to why it costs so much.
