I remember Valg toned down effectiveness for bash at low lvls. What is the "cutoff" point for this code? Is it lvl 20? or 25 that bash is "unrestricted"

I did try to do a forum search, and I read through the code changes board but could not find this one. Nor is it in the help file. If this info could be added to the helpfile, that might not be a bad idea.
