I don't know if I can say this without it coming off like a complaint. I know a lot of effort goes into this process but I wanted to ask anyway. I read a few months ago that high end dodge was reevaluated and I was wondering if anyone took a look at the dolphin form? Manta with 24 dex and superior dodge and evasion or cheetah with 25 dex, excellent dodge and normal evasion both look much better statically yet have similar skill sets. Orca and squid look to be in a similar situation.

I'm not quite sure what you're getting at.

Each form has a dodge "rating" and the spread even within a single category like excellent dodge can be fairly wide.

Dolphin doesn't dodge as well as manta, for example, but does more damage, has (arguably) more offensive skills and is nearly immune to drowning. And similar comparisons can be made between any two forms.

Off the cuff, I don't see any reason to believe that any of the forms you mentioned need adjustment.
