I lost count of the times where I'm playing a goodie and I come across some gear that's an upgrade and I can't use it=( (red aura) Trying to find a paladin to cleanse it can be very tedious at times, I've even had some flat out say no. Can a npc be put into the game that cleanses gear for a price? better the armor more the gold, can even toss in a chance it fails and you have to pay again. Just a thought I had.

I like that Goods have more challenges, but sometimes with basic equipment it's easy to miss that 'chilling aura of evil', and really, if that piece of eq is just plain old evil, and not anti-good, no harm in an in-game mechanism to remove the taint.

I mean, it's bad enough that goods are often in position of killing neutrals to get items (Tarus!) or buy things from evil (eyeball scrolls) or train from duergars (locksmith skill).
