1) Does size matter for success rate of garrotte, bindings, tie/truss?
Does dex matter?

2) Does hand-wear or weapons being wielded matter for binding success?

3) I have heard size makes a big difference for the speed at which one can drag...is this true? I would assume str as well?

4) Does going full path or getting higher level matter in terms of success rate or learning rate? Success rate has been absolutely terrible...learning rates on the binding skills are downright agonizing (and I tend to be patient, having spammed a 7-path invoker, etc. plenty).

5) What does the rope do that you can buy in guild? I don't see a change to % skills and the learning rate is still abysmal. Does holding that have any impact on success or learning rate or is it just for show?

6) Has there ever been a successful (i.e., deadly PKer) binder? I honestly can't recall fighting any in several years.
