Is there any way to make it so that if I see a super badass on where, and I insta teleport to my death in fear of that person, they get the killing blow?

Firstly they've not even accomplished a single hit on you, so they don't really deserve credit.

Secondly you'd find aps getting too much power.
Thirdly, who is to say that guy wasn't about to teleport anyway?
