I don't seen any annoucement or anything on the MOTD. I noticed it last night, when the the galadon face-lift go live? Who coded it?

Its an on going work in progress that is being worked on by a handful of imms who are all chipping in bits and pieces in order to make the "biggest city" in Thera also the best.
