With so many people that really want to get a chance at one of the limited minotaur and azure-touched spots, would it be out of the question to consider well done roles sent via e-mail to get an alternate slot for one of these in lieu of the current chance to roll one up?

I know some might say that it isn't fair for this because of a variety of complaints about roles that they might have already. But, these people would still also benefit since they would still have a chance at rolling one as well (if there were perhaps a way to flag the role-granted PC not to count against the population limits for the race) but with less competition for each person that earned one because of a quality role.

Curious if this might be considered a viable idea, or if there are arguments against it that I hadn't considered.
