I may be confused on the mechanics of the skill, but from the last time it was tweaked, it sounds like it is just a straight percentage of the skill proficiency. Maybe factoring in strength and size would make sense as well? I fought Nyst a ton with a shaman, and usually ended up at my pit wondering what just happened. However, I also fought that cloud giant nexan savage from early this year with a shaman as well and thought with all the misses savage blow seemed very underpowered for a level 42 skill now. From the helpfile, I always thought it sounded like something a giant would be good at.
