Tweaking the prices of attunement edges slightly downward because of the inherent drawback of blocking other clues from coming in, and pushing up the time it takes to find out where your next wand is?

The example being, if you took barrier attunement you'd have 4 total clues to draw for and if you didn't go and gather your black or sienna recently, you'd only have a 25% chance of getting an amber clue. Meaning 12ish tics until you get another and 75% of the time, it wont be for the one wand you're after.
