I don't see a need to make the dex-based characters any stronger (look at all the wood elves) and it cheapens the legacy.

Or are you saying high dex characters typically have higher wisdom?

I saw a mage take an extra shot on a warrior with this the other day. Thought it was kind of funny looking but I liked it.
