Mummy: Hours and undead creation skills. Leaders get a bonus. Having some imm xp is worth a small (and capped) bonus.

Lich: Imm-set a little more subjective. Success chances around 50% are common.

In both cases, getting an item wrong means you can't succeed.

Like say you have a supremely well-spammed spectre in a leadership position with say 1500 immxp. It might be an idea to shy away from being a lich in such a case?
