You'll probably need to find a guinea pig to figure out what these do, but in general, they are mind affecting, spell save destroying type things, and a lucky havoc could potentially really mess up your victim badly.

I don't actually believe you meant lucky like in regards to the luck stat, but you might want to avoid that nomenclature to avoid confusion (and conspiracy theories). If you did actually mean lucky like luck stat and were simply being subtle... Well done?

Although I can see an argument for luck-based Anarchy communes, I didn't make that design choice.

One time I landed Havoc on Faenral and he just stood there after. He said he lost his mind, but I am curious if havoc just prevented him from entering commands a moment and he just thought he had a bad connection. Anytime I killed someone that seemed link dead, I just assumed it was Havoc kicking their ass and that I was supremely skilled for using it.

I was also told by opponents that Havoc would sometimes muddle as well.
