So. It struck me earlier that it's kinda strange that we can only choose flaws in the Academy (That I know of, anyway.)

Would it be possible to deepen character development by allowing flaws to be discussed with your guildmasters at any time? For instance: Old folks usually have weakened immune systems, making them susceptible to getting sick more frequently.

At the same time, is there any chance of seeing more age-related flaws that one can deepen their characters with as they grow older as a point of choice rather than just the arbitrary stat adjustments based on Mature/Middle Aged/Old?

Just an off thought I had.
